A Ghanian artist, El Anatsui, is taking the art world by storm by turning the ordinary into extraordinarily beautiful and intricate pieces. The pieces featured here were crafted by thousands of bottle caps. Anatsui's assistants hand flatten each cap, after which the artist arranges them into a work of art.
